        Sandwiches are good but online ordering is not a priority to a painful degree. Multiple people will roll through, order, and get their sandwiches made when an online order was placed 20 minutes prior.

        Every time I order delivery (many times). They tell me about 15-20mins then it's 40+ mins later. I just called and asked where our food is (over 20mins later than what was told for delivery time), the guy got mad and hung up on me. They really need a lesson in food service from the valley. The valley promises "freakishly fast" and they 100% deliver. This place is a joke.

        The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our sandwiches were very onolicious. Haven't gone to a sandwich shop since Togos closed in Bend. Jimmy John's is a must if you haven't tried them The Gargantuan sandwich is very good. You have to try it. Wish there were more options to cheese, though. Still a great place to get sandwiches
