        Look elsewhwere for an agent.  We have current policies with Dennis and were trying trying to get a new homeowner's policy binder to a lender for closing of a new home.  Even after multiple calls from ourselves and the lender we got no response from Dennis and our closing was delayed due to it.  We finally had to call the Farmers home office and it was taken care of within the hour--no thanks to Dennis--but it delayed the closing. We still haven't had a return call from him. That's no way to treat your clients.
