I came in to the Redmond location for my appointment to get my holly retainer adjusted, as I was in before going to South America. when I came in I was greeted nicely by all the staff and was taken to the back shortly after. Upon waiting the assistant was very friendly and then the doctor came in, introduced her self and asked what brought me in. I told her I came in to get my holly retainer adjusted and she proceeded to look at it. Shortly after telling me the retainer didnt fit and there wasnt anything she could do, she offered me Invisalign and a new retainer . I continued asking questions to see what options I had, and as I was talking to her, she was walking away as if she had something else to attend and told me that I should get my dental work done over in South America and told her assistant to explain the other options I had. I thought that was strange given I had made an appointment and that it didnt seem she had time for me and that she would tell me to go to South America for dental work, who says that? As I walked over to pay I looked over and the doctor had went to her office, in my head I thought she had someone else to help but in reality she just didnt seem to want to help. I walked away frustrated and ended up paying $100 just for her to look at my retainer and poke it twice to tell me it didnt fit. At the end of the day, go to an orthodontist that will give you there time of day and wont leave you feeling taken advantage of

Always so nice. My kiddos love the dentist because Dr Kate gets to know the kiddos and create a great relationship with them. They are excited to go to the dentist which is rare. Highly recommend.
