AMPM

On August 27th I stopped at the AMPM to get gas. I prepaid 60.00 dollars. After waiting for 15 minutes to for the attendant to fill my tank I was told there was a problem with the pump. I asked to cancel my transaction and I was told that the money would get deposited back on to my card. Two hours later I had a charge on my account for 47.90. I contacted the manger at the store and I was told she would mail me the money that they gave someone else my fuel. It has been almost 3 months and I still have not received my money even after numerous confirming emails and correspondence that they would in fact return my money. I have spoke with someone with corporate, the manager of the store and someone from there HR department and I still have not received my money even after I have provided the receipt of the original transaction, the copy of my bank statement showing the amount was charged and original documentation of the manger acknowledging there mistake and that the money would be refunded. I was charged for a product I never received. I will NEVER get fuel from AMPM ever again .
