I stumbled upon Dr. Kyle through the recommendation of a sports massage therapist following a deep tissue session after which we discussed my perpetually, and worsening, stiff neck. While therapeutic massage always left me feeling better about many aspects of my physical health, my neck never benefited much. When she first recommended Dr. Kyle, I balked a bit as Ive never been a fan of, nor received any significant benefit from, traditional chiropractic. She explained that he practiced something called NUCCA chiropractic and it was nothing like standard chiropractic. After doing a fair amount of research online I scheduled my first appointment to see Dr. Kyle in June of 2019. Dr. Kyle is a very easy to like human being with an easy going, engaged, caring demeanor. Our first meeting lasted about an hour during which he completed a detailed Q&A of my present health & concerns, completed a thorough array of x-rays of my neck & spine and various measurements with a number of instruments I believe are specific to the NUCCA protocols. I learned that I had visible signs of whiplash (an auto accident as a teen) and obvious arthritis of the upper spine/neck. The natural lordotic curve of the spine was diminished and I would need to take steps outside of therapy to reverse and/or slow the effects of the arthritis. Nevertheless, he felt NUCCA chiropractic offered some real hope for my condition, so we scheduled a few sessions twice a week to begin and we were off. To say that the treatments were effective over the first three months would be an understatement. By applying corrective measures to the upper vertebrae, he not only dramatically improved the stiffness in my neck but created an overall sense of wellbeing via the relief of a variety of aches and pains throughout my body. It really was an impressive beginning. However, the relief provided to my neck paled in comparison to the eventual real benefit of NUCCA chiro by Dr. Kyle: my 30-year battle with an ever-worsening depression COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED. This not hyperbole. I was and am completely blown away at this outcome. While the literature explaining what NUCCA is and can potentially do for a variety of conditions, I dont recall ever reading anything specifically pertaining to depression. Nevertheless, my experience is profound, and I am forever grateful to Dr. Kyle and NUCCA Chiropractic for giving me my life back. I certainly would never make any promises about what anyone else might experience if they choose to schedule an appointment with Dr. Kyle but at the very least, I bet youll feel better.

I've been bringing my family of 7 to Dr. Kyle for 3 years now, and I can't believe it's taken me this long to write a review. We started seeing Dr. Kyle as soon as we moved to Oregon. We were driving 3 hrs one way to see him! Why? Because Dr. Kyle is AMAZING! He is so kind, caring, and professional, yet he feels like family. He's helped my neck and back feel so much better. I won't go to any other chiropractor, NUCCA is the only thing that really works! We are Incredibly lucky to have the very best chiropractor in all of Oregon, right here in Redmond! His entire office is wonderful. Valerie spoils my kids with toys, stickers, and books to color when we are there. They seriously are so kind and feel like family. We love you guys, thanks for helping us stay healthy and strong!
