I didn't get my hair done here but I have had my lashes done. When I've taken my mom in for hair it's been wonderful. They were very kind and patient with her. However, the lash service was not the same. I found the lash tech to be rude, very rough to the point it was uncomfortable and unprofessional.

i used to see Kat here since I was really young and she always did my family, I didn't go back for a while because of financial reasons but I did April last year and I thought it all went really well and I loved my hair but when I tried to reach out to schedule another appointment she didn't reply I thought I tipped good and all that I don't know what I did wrong.

Go get a haircut by Lacee! Shes super sweet. I have a lot of hair and she was able to manage it well. My haircut is fresh. I feel light and beautiful. Super happy with my healthy haircut.

So I have been there a few times to get my daughters haircut. The times I have been the ladies did a great job. Today on the other hand was not the case. I called 3 days before and made an appointment for my daughter. My appointment was at 2:45 I get there 28 minutes early because I do not live in town her and I walked in and the lady asked me who I was and when my appointment was. I told her and she says I was super early. I said we can hang out for a bit. At that point she said well Im running 15 minutes behind. She was doing highlights for a lady. Which I knew she just started and I knew at that point I should have just changed my appointment. She then said we could hang out or leave and come back. We decided to go eat and came back 45 minutes later and she still wasnt done. We waited another 5 minutes and she finally got to my daughter. She took the lady and put her under the dryer. I showed her a picture of how my daughter wanted her haircut which included a lot of layers. To make a long story short she did not wash my daughters hair, she rushed through the cut and only gave her front layers not even close to what my daughter wanted. Did not style it other then took a curling iron to the front layers which looked horrible. While she was cutting her hair the dryer got done with the lady before she was done with my daughters hair then he comes another lady there on time for a consultation. She basically overbooked herself and I had to pay her a haircut fee. I gave her a small tip and we left disappointed. Please dont overbook yourself to the point you have unhappy customers that leave with a bad experience. Thanks
