Rude cashiers tried charging me 8 bucks to cash one of there checks then said If I didnt like it I should just go to my own bank . The 8 was not the rude part it was just the person. Dont bother with Bank of America . Warren buffet you should be ashamed!

I have banked with this bank for 30yrs and have never been insulted in my life when it comes to business...2 weeks ago I went inside as usual and I needed to check my account and made a mistake on the amount but instead the teller in reality should of called it but instead I was asking her if I could get a copy of my other deposits to make a long story the so called Manger at the time got involved and was rushing me and said I w
I raised my voice when I did nothingof the sort because she was being rude and she knew me I do busines there ...she told me I was band from found business at there branch ..that's when I did call her a name but they were not being nice at all and I hope that can learn better relations with clients.

Went to Deposit a check and cash from a car sale- waited for them to open. Get inside and they tell me cant open vault until Monday. Its Friday- cant do online- too big of check. Had to drive to Bend 30 miles round trip at $6.00 plus gas prices
