        I certainly would not recommend this lawyer. I had a divorce case where I needed assistance with parenting time and maintenance payments. After 8 months there was no progress. After many unanswered calls and emails I terminated their service. I was charged over $2000 for no result and no help and included charges for work never completed.  I have had to ask Oregon State Bar to assist in billing dispute.   There should be more checks and controls on these type of people...  if they are too busy they should be honest and refuse work. FYI the new lawyer assisted within 24hrs ...

        We really enjoyed working with James Keathly. He was very knowledgeable and took care of our wills, POA's, and Advance Directives. Bryant Emerson, LLP had also taken care of our probate. I will use them again, if need be.
