Clinic Pharmacy

Terrible customer service. They were out of my medication and basically said to go somewhere else. No mention of when it would be in. They were both extremely rude for no reason. If you are so miserable in your profession you need a new one. Luckily Walgreens is right next door. And they were very nice and actually tried to be helpful instead of hateful. We will be moving all our rx needs next door.

Absolutely best pharmacy I've ever used. They're so friendly!!! I just switched to them recently, and they've just been a breath of fresh air!!!!!

I normally do not write reviews when there has been poor service but experiencing the customer service today here was pretty unbelievable, if I could give a negative stars i would. I was calling in to see if they had stock in a prescription that was out at my other pharmacy and when I got in contact with someone and I was asking simple questions about if they thought they would still have it in stock by Monday so my doctor could send in the script when this man, Sean, ended up hanging up on me mid sentence. I called back and he answered the phone again and said, I answered your question and I dont have to help you if I dont want to. And hung up on me again. I called back to see if I could try and talk to someone else about the script and what had happened with the service I just received, when someone answered the phone finally and it was a different person then Sean, they didnt say anything about him hanging up on me after i told them the situation, they were rude as well, transferred me with out saying anything to someone else and then someone else AGAIN with out saying anything and then they put Sean back on the line. He then continued to be EXTREMELY rude and said they were busy and if I didnt like it i could go somewhere else and then HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. Honestly in all my experience I havent ever been treated so poorly from a business. If you are looking for a place to treat you with respect and kindness do NOT go here. This local business is a joke. I would go to Walgreens or Rite Aid, they have always been nice and made the time to answer questions even if they are busy, NOT CLINIC PHARMACY IN PRINEVILLE.

Horrible! Repetedly without medication due to not having them in the clinic, with no notice or warning, I will be without meds for 3 days after calling 5 times to make sure they send a transfer to a pharmacy that has the medication, I 100% ignored all faxes sent, and now I will be without my meds all weekend if you take medications you can be without don't go here
