The folks who work there are friendly. There were some major issues with the room and safety concerns. When I entered my room, there was a dehydrated apple core on the floor. The bathtub/shower caulking was cracked and dirty. Zome amenities were not in the room. There was a small coffee maker, but no coffee. Conditioner but no shampoo. They did have a rather nice bottle of hand sanitizer. Safety, there is an outside door that appears to have a keylock but it was propped open...all night. Most disturbing was the behavior of the guests in the room next to me. The noise and pounding and hitting the shared wall began around 8pm. Close to 10pm, it continued and I talked to the front desk. They asked if I wanted to move and I chose, unwisely to stay and asked him if they could relocate the offenders. Whatever he did worked and he checked in on me and I was ready for bed and had no desire to pack up and leave. Things were fine until 4am when it started all over. No one answered the office phone but that's probably an unrealistic expectation. I decided to go next door. I am a small person and I had no idea who was behind the door. A young man answered the door and a dreadful smell of alcohol came from the room. I pleaded with him to quiet down.He apologized and closed the door. A minute later he came into the hall and said quietly that he had paid for the room...To which I responded so did I! It quieted down in that there was no pounding but loud obnoxious sounds were still occurring. I was so tired and I tried to get to sleep but I couldn't. I felt unsafe. I told the manager when the office opened what had occurred and they were very apologetic. However, I will not be returning and I would recommend staying elsewhere. Poor on nearly every level. Convenient location with a decent restaurant next door, though. Cops detained someone in the parking lot.
