I have had amazing experiences the times I've gone there. From getting my back adjusted and a massage. The staff is amazing and very friendly and helpful.

It was an amazing chiropractic office until the new owners took over.
They secretly changed tax id# and the new owner/Dr isnt approved through MODA insurance and didnt tell any of their patients while still treating them and now want to bill hundreds of patients for 6 months of treatment.
I have contacted an attorney to prepare.
Look at the other reviews since the new owners have taken over. No longer a trust worthy or ethical business.

Dr Bergman is fantastic! I had been a patient of Dr Slater almost since the beginning of his practice in Prineville. I was concerned that a new chiropractor wouldn't be able to adjust me the same way. I couldn't have been more wrong. Slightly different but same results!!! Thankful for the practice and entire staff!!!!!

Dr Greenburg released my shoulder today - which had been hurting for over a month. She is a great chiropractor and listens to you. My shoulder and arm are feeling terrific.

I used to go here when Slater was still practicing, went back a week ago knowing there would be new owners and doctors hoping itd still be a great experience unfortunately it wasnt. The assistant who gave me the back massager before the alignment was rough, then when the new doctor came in he barely felt around my neck and back only focusing on the problem area I addressed and immediately went to town he was very rough pulling my arms hard. He got me into position to crack my back but gave me no pre warning as to when he was going to start he just started cracking and Im telling you right now it felt terrible I have been dealing with back and neck pain radiating all the way up to the back of my ear since the appointment. I felt better before I went there! Lots of red flags here, saying he could get me in the next Friday but if I really needed to see him before that, I could just come in before and that he can usually fit people in whenever. Doesnt feel like he genuinely cares about your health and well-being almost felt like I was at the dmv and I was just another ticket number.
