Husband asked to use restroom while I was shopping. He needed a break from a gout flare up. Told for customers only. Fair, but we were shopping there... Other associate made a face like she was holding a laugh. A "no, sorry" or "for employees only" would have been more polite and gotten the point across. Wouldn't have cared except it felt like there some prejudice because we aren't white.

The workers were so supportive and helpful! The shop is clean and organized. I felt great trying things on here.

I have followed this brand on Instagram for years and was so excited to see they had a brick and mortar store while visiting PDX. They have a plethora of plus size options in store which was amazing. The staff was very friendly and I left with a few pieces. I hope they open an east coast location one day!

I really wanted to buy from here, badly! Im genderqueer and it was my first time picking out a suit, so it was feeling like a big deal and I booked a VIP Virtual Fit appointment. I was so excited!! The time came, and I clicked into the Google Meet from the calendar invite they sent. 5 minutes go byno one. I emailed the la@ email from the invite to see if we were still on. 10 minutesnothing. I got off the call. I emailed the hello@ email - nothing. After a week, I texted customer service and they answered and apologized! I did ask to understand what happened, but they didnt answer that. A couple days later someone reached out to apologize and manually reschedule - they also didnt tell me what had happened (so I could know it wouldnt happen again). Againno one showed up. I texted at 5 after to see if they could find out if a stylist was coming. They didnt respond! I emailed the person who had reached out to me at 10 after. I stayed on the call until quarter after, then left. AndIm gonna go somewhere else now.
