My experiences with Devin have been a blend of positives and negatives. I appreciated her sociable demeanor and some of her product recommendations, which initially drew me to her business. However, our relationship hit a snag when I decided to incorporate medication from a dermatologist into my acne treatment plan, given my sensitive, acne-prone skin. Unfortunately, Devin seemed to disapprove of this decision, which left me feeling judged and undervalued. This was particularly disheartening as inclusivity was one of the reasons I chose her services. Despite expressing my concerns, Devin persisted with treatments like enzymes and peels that exacerbated my skin issues. This persistent approach, coupled with her dismissive attitude towards my reactions, made me feel unheard and unsupported. Also, her inconsistency in aftercare advice and refusal to offer product recommendations while pushing certain treatments felt contradictory and unhelpful. Regrettably, my attempts to address these concerns with Devin in private were met with dismissive responses, which has left me apprehensive about her receptiveness to feedback. Ultimately, I felt that my needs and concerns were not given the attention they deserved, leading me to opt not to continue with her services. For individuals with sensitive skin or undergoing prescription treatment, I advise caution when considering Devin's offerings. I hope this feedback serves as constructive for Devin to reflect on and potentially improve her approach to client care in the future. Update based on response: I did not make any decisions for my skin without the care of a dermatologist. Implying that I did not is incorrect and gaslights my experience. I also did not ignore Devins expertise, but I did pause when I noticed my skin had gotten progressively worse after her treatments. I returned to my dermatologist after my last enzyme with Devin, and she let me know that the treatment was too strong and disrupted my skin barrier, causing an acne flare up and minor burn. My skin has cleared since posting.

I love this place its so warm and welcoming! Devin is amazing! She is the best with my brows and the facial is topnotch! 10/10 would recommend

devin made me feel very safe and comfortable. her studio is beautiful and cozy. i will definitely be returning. my Brazilian wax took around 20 minute and we discussed exactly what to remove.

Ive been going to Devin for the past year for facials. Im always happy with my experience. Devin is professional, kind, and the space is clean and very cute.
