Zero stars if I could. I got a call today saying I have a past due balance as of 12/28. I told the rude woman I moved as of 10/1 and have called them THREE TIMES notifying them, she told me I have not. Excuse me, but I called the number that I got the bill from, and certainly did. She told me I needed to pay the bill, and hung up on me. I have proof of when my tenancy was ended, and my new lease ( thankfully not having to deal with them again) started. Be better, do better. Dont say I have not communicated when I certain have.

I think its important that I say something because most people only take the time to complain. Ive had nothing but quality customer service every time I have called. Ive had billing issues that have been resolved immediately. They always email Portland water to fix issues and include me on those emails. All of my issues have come from misreads of my meter. When I called and said that it was very difficult to read my meter and could I have a new one, I had a new one a week later. They keep me informed of whats happening and quite frankly a good value.

They either dont answer, or answer and ask you to hold and then once its ringing again they hang up. like so could hear her answer and hang up.
