Jason and his team saved us thousands of dollars and gave me peace of mind during a very stressful time. We hired them to inspect for mold and remediate a bathroom subfloor that was covered in black mold from a long term water leak we didnt know about. They then dry fogged our home to kill the mold spores that were making me sick. Previously, I couldnt be in our home or around our stuff without feeling ill. After the dry fogging, my symptoms improved and I was able to start healing from mold toxicity. Many mold companies will just treat the source of the mold but not address the systemic health problem that the mold mycotoxins create in a home. I appreciate how reliable, thorough, and informative Pure Maintenance is and recommend them highly.

Pure Maintenance Portland has consistently been dependable and helpful. My first interaction with them was when I offered to assist in cleaning out my mother's home so that she could come home from the hospital with in-home nursing. They responded to my question right away and gave me a mold inspection quote right away. The price was quite fair for the work, and all of the staff members were courteous and competent. They worked effectively and fast to complete the task. Since my mother passed away, I've contacted them once more about helping to clean up the remains of her property, and once more, their response has been prompt and kind. They even took the time to guide me through the steps that needed to be taken before they appeared, which I truly appreciated. They could have easily grabbed my money, but instead of doing that, they were straightforward and helped me. If the necessity arose, I would wholeheartedly advise using them and would do so again.
