Metro recommended them to me. I called twice to see if they can help me get rid of some motor oil that was just dropped off randomly by a business(not going to name). I spoke to Demarie the first time I called. She says she was going to get someone to call me. No one did. I called again and this time spoke to some guy or office staff, forgot the name. He says the above person. Will call me back with more information. No one ever did! They say they will call me back with a quote and to get more information. No one did! Im disappointed that they dont follow through. I hope this dont happen to others when it comes to hazardous waste that shouldnt be sitting around! . A week later, still have not heard anything. Very disappointed!

Good company - They do a great job! Just takes one call and they schedule and show up timely. My company A.R.E. Manufacturing, Inc. uses them to pick up our used oils and wastes.
