We had a great experience getting about 5-600 photos scanned for an album. The scans were high quality, and our photos were returned promptly and in the same order we submitted them. That last point was helpful for subsequent processing. We'll likely return for future jobs.

I highly recommend Keepsake Family Tree Video. Dave Brown was very helpful and did such a wonderful job transferring my VHS tapes to DVD. Items were very well packaged when returned to me. It brought back such memories when the old VHS tapes I hadn't seen for years, were transferred to DVD.

I was very disappointed that all of my videos were put on two DVDs. One ran into another and made it very hard to duplicate them for family. I thought they would be on individual DVDs. For the money I paid, it would have been worth it. I would have paid extra to have them in individual DVDs but it was never offeredI made an erroneous assumption.
