Love Dr Gerretsen at the Washington Square location, shes so good with our lil Bailey and communicates well with me. I miss in person check outs but the phone call update on my sweeties health works for me. The staff at the desk are always cheery and helpful. Scheduling on line can be a challenge as they are busy, but I have been able to call if I need an immediate appt and they do their best to accommodate us. The wellness plan works well for us!

I have been taking my cat here for years and every time I am once again impressed by the professionalism, care, and kindness the team here provides. Even after moving I have continued to come to this location because of the positive experiences I have had. They treat your pet like family and go above and beyond to make sure that you as the owner know every step of whats happening. Thank you Banfield Washington Square for taking care of my Moo!

The staff here at this Banfield location is amazing! I've been meaning to write them a Google review for a while now to let everyone know how great this place is. They always try to help out with whatever situation we might have, whether it's a standard checkup or an emergency. They are very professional, kind, and always welcoming when we come in. Each time we have gone in with our dogs, we have always had a pleasant experience and they treat our dogs with the best care! I highly recommend visiting this Banfield in the future!

They seem to have issues with their phone. It takes multiple calls to get through and no option to leave a voice-mail, it just hangs up on you
