        Paid for the insurance to get my pet fix. I even showed them the receipt for the payments being taken from my bank account and yet from their mouths, " We can't get him fixed because we don't have your payment" So I paid for insurance, you take my money, and tell me that you can't fix them even though you have like 5 months of insurance paid for..... Absolute thieves, robbers, they don't care about your pets. They are inhuman and full of corpo greed.
