Dominek Ferrucci walked me through the process of getting my kittens signed up for care. He was super helpful as I havent been a pet owner in many years and it is a big commitment. He supported me through making the best decision for Moon and Aire, my kittens, and I cant wait to take them in for care. I am receiving all the care my kittens could need at a price my family can afford. I really appreciate Dominek for hanging in there with me as I approach the topic of prices as this can be a huge piece of owning a pet, one that can be overwhelming for a person. Dominek was super comforting through that process and I have no doubt this will be the best choice for my kittens. Furthermore, Moon and Aire have scheduled appointments for complete care, back to back, all done in one phone conversation during the membership process. I highly encourage those considering it to do so. It was highly recommended to me and I am paying it forward by recommending it to others!

I like how they can just give your pet the care they need rather than not being able to give care because of costs

Dominek F. helped answer question and complete the entire enrollment process for our new kitty!! We were not planning on adding another furball to the mix but when we found ourselves with the opportunity to take in a kitty who needed a home we immediately called Hannah to make sure we could enroll her and we felt so lucky to talk to Dominek as he patiently answered all our questions which gave us the confidence we needed to go forth in our adoption decision. In the past we have noticed some employees at Hannah do not share some of the passion or kindness others have at the same place but Dominek is a trusted name for us as hes helped us in the past too! He always goes above!
