        Nice enough people but my move was a lot more expensive than expected. It turns out 1. They are not uhaul and 2. They don't except returns!! They did not tell me this before purchasing my moving supplies! I'm so mad! Out 30 bucks!

        Helpful, friendly, and professional staff at this small, local U-Haul office. I rented a 15' truck for a local move and everything went smoothly. Judging from reviews, local U-Haul franchises can be hit or miss when it comes to customer service. I can recommend this one (on SE 17th x Holgate).
