I went there on a Wednesday (with appointment) with a fever. They did all the testing. Went back on Sunday as a walk in because I had what appears to be a major sinus infection. I had fluid coming out of my left ear could hear. Major yellow and green phlegm coming out of my nose and lungs. There was no one waiting. After telling them my history she said, Im sorry we have no more appointments for today. This is not health care. And definitely not urgent care. I guess Ill make an appointment and let the bacteria continue to eat my sinuses and ear away. No big deal.

The worst urgent care ever. I had 11:30 appointment so I went up the lady and said i had 11:30 and she said the provider are running behind. They should let people know when check in. Never coming back again

I dont understand why I have to make an appointment to be seen and then still wait in the waiting from for 2 hours before Im called back. The ER would be faster at this point. People who walked in after me are going back and leaving before I even get called back there. Outrageous.

I was able to be seen quickly and received information and treatment from the medical staff. The male medical professional I saw seemed a little uncomfortable discussing dfab bodies which was more humorous than harmful and his assistants were very helpful and less...euphemistic. The lobby is perhaps obnoxiously religious in it's musical choices and I kinda just wish it was nice and quiet in there since it seems alienating but that's by no means a crime or something that will prevent me from continuing to seek care here.

Used on line pre book still had to wait another hour! It is now 5:30 went to a 3:00 appointment!!!! My husband is still not home, we live 5 minutes away! This is ridiculous!
