I came in sick as a dog and they immediately checked me in and took action. On top of the wonderful service they sent me home with medication instead of making me go to the pharmacy! I already am feeling so much better and I am so grateful Dr. Westcott took my symptoms seriously!

This place is incredible. If youre having a non life threatening emergency, this is the place to go. Ive been here multiple times. My most recent visit was a total of 30 minutes. I waited in the waiting room no longer than 30 seconds after I checked, I received X-rays, evaluation by a clinician and treatment with referral for follow up with only a 40 dollar copay from insurance. All that for 30 minutes!?!? Id be in the ER for probably 8 hours waiting and would have payed much much more. This place has their process down, SO efficient. They also let you know up-front what the cost of anything will be which is much appreciated.

Ive used Zoomcare three times, the last time I had to be referred to their ER clinic, and they took such good care of me. Easy to make appointments, prompt calls back if they find an issue, and they get you rescheduled with the right person right away. Highly recommend!

Decided to try to go to Zoomcare on Hawthorne because I had some urgent concerns that I wanted checked. They sent me to this branch because Hawthorne didnt have a doctor available. I dont drive, so I had to take a cab. Before I left, the person at the desk at Hawthorne made me an appointment at the Lloyd location, and checked my insurance and put it into the system. Arrived at Lloyd branch to be told my insurance was denied and that I can either pay out of pocket before I leave, or go home and find out what the problem is. GO HOME? I was concerned That I was having a problem with my heart. How is that supposed to help me? I guess they didnt think my needs were serious enough, so I just went aside of everyone and called my insurance myself. Everything was fine and up to date- so I found out they had the wrong information on file . How? I was never even there before! After I finally get a patient room, everything was treated like a retail business and not an urgent care facility or an ER. I was given a list of prices that f what I was expected to pay before I leave if I was to have any of the tests. I have decent health insurance. Anytime I ever went to the er I was not told to pay immediately before I leave. Could you imagine if I was taking a heart attack and someone just told me to go home because I couldnt pay for care?! Left with nothing but a copy of an ekg that says its abnormal and some information about following up with their office (HA!) or my doctor. They think its due to low potassium which I have had in the past at the hospital. The hospital usually gave me an iv drip.This doctor said they have a potassium pill if I want one, but I need to pay $5 for it before they give it to me. I was so disgusted that I got what my bill was paid, and left. Oh, and I never had a chest scan because I would have had to pay $600. I guess these people with excellent reviews of the place must also have lots of money and Presidential insurance. I still feel awful and have chest pain. Thanks for the financial hardship and more stress. I definitely needed that.
