We Had a showcase at our warehouse for our customers, an essential piece of equipment needed was delayed due to manufacturer. I called and explained the situation to Brendon and he sent a truck out and delivered our equipment hours before our show case! Great Experience! Brendon is the man!

Delivered a partial load of Pella here today. Normally this place is fairly quick unloading but not this time. My appointment was at 1500 and didn't even start on me till two hours after the appointment. Still currently in the dock and already two hours late for my last drop which must be made after they finally finish unloading here. Very unprofessional Titan. Do better and respect a company driver's time.
Edited to add: Now past 8 pm here. Still in the dock and nothing is happening. It is beyond ridiculous. Not being told anything, they're just letting me sit and sit and sit.
20:52 It's been 70 minutes since the last time anyone was inside the trailer. What place takes this long to unload only a 1/3 of a trailer??
21:05 finally got my paperwork and guy claims he didn't know I was there. Who put the dock plate on me at 1500? A ghost??
