Enterprise Truck Rental

I had a great experience working with this Enterprise. I do not ever look forward to renting cars base on past experiences with other companies, but this was painless and quick. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. They were extremely busy when I arrived and were attentive to the waiting customers and communicated with me during the wait. Every single employee that I worked with was kind, joyful, and genuinely seemed like they wanted to help. I even used their service for a ride home, and had a lovely chat with Dan on the drive. Whatever the manager/owner of this branch is doing seems to be working. They should train and hire at all rental car locations so that customers can have this experience elsewhere. Thanks for making my rental easy.

Great service. Car clean and ready plus upgraded to small SUV instead of full size. Nice people here especially Mark who helped me. There was a small overcharge error when I my returned car but Mark fixed it immediately even though four others waiting. Thank you!
