I was quoted and told they could fit us in a month later. Two days before I messaged to see if they were still coming since it had been a month. Jason said it wasn't possible and we'd need to reschedule. Never heard back again to setup a date even after I had reached out.

Postin' cause he ghostin' We used Blue Sky for a previous tree removal a couple years ago. We felt we knew Jason and trusted his team to take care of a dying tree in our yard. He came by to give a quote, sent a quote for the work, we accepted his quote, and then that was the last time we heard from him. 7-10 days later we emailed asking if there was anything Jason needed from us with no response. A week later, a large branch fell from the dying tree and we called PGE to ask about removing some of the branches hanging over powerlines. They said that PGE would need to coordinate with our arborist directly. I asked if a permit had been filed at our address for a tree removal, and it hadn't. We called a couple times. We emailed again. Still nothing. We were blown off. I get that. But a simple "I'm not able to take the job at this time" is probably better than ghosting a potential customer. Best! Our neighbors hired this company today and every neighbor on every side of her is FURIOUS. They were hired to remove all but one tree and shrub in the neighbor's yard. Instead they were gone by noon after only removing one beautiful healthy oak and a dead cherry. They left a 6' stump from the oak and every neighbor's yard has debris and branches all over it. Our neighbor on the other side just had two giant trees removed using a different company and the men were so thoughtful and communicative about their process, they used a blower to clean our yard afterward and spent almost the entire day making sure the customer was happy. This experience today with Blue Sky Tree Care could not have been more different. HORRIBLE. Services: Tree stump removal, Tree trimming & pruning, Tree removal
