This is the worst company for translations and interpretation services ever! Their prices are outrageous and the quality of the work is very low, you will honestly do better translating with a free app online than with this ridiculous company!

This is the worst company when it comes to translations and all their "featured" services, their prices are ridiculous and the quality of their work is worst than a free online translation, don't waste your money!!!!!!!!

I'm a CART Captioner that was hired by Translation Solutions to provide on-site live captioning at FEMA events in Tarboro, NC. I provided services per contract and have never been paid and now they aren't answering my correspondence. They admitted they made a mistake on our contract and then still wanted to pay me less than the agreed-upon contract because they would not own their mistake. They are, by far, the worst company I've ever freelanced for and I've been doing this for 27 years. They are the only company I've ever had so much difficulty with trying to sort out the details of a contract and then ultimately trying to get paid for it. Their communication is lousy and argumentative. I'm now researching ways to report them for non-payment of services because this is a government contract that they are contracting for and they boast being a minority-owned business.
