    Laura's Mindfulness classes are an excellent investment in your long-term health. Her instruction is clear, caring, and simple, but simple does not mean easy. Her mindfulness class will stretch your brain and increase your ability to remain present. The mindfulness practices I learned in her class have continued to help me through life's challenges, including raising small children, moving, and losing loved ones. Definitely sign-up for one of her class series, it's well worth your time!
