So stingy with prices and sooo picky I dont recommend selling to them. I had a big ikea bag filled with items and they didnt pick anything and they picked yes for my coach boots barely used just like this picture and told me well give you 2 dollars for them and she put a ticket on them and tryna sell them for 47 dollars at the store I said no. Not worth it and my time so stingy and disgusting.remember asking how much Ill get them and she kept saying 47 and trying to make confused Ive had to ask so how much am I getting cash back couple times and finally said 2 dollars. Buyers are all rude. Platos closet is way better. Because the buyers dressed like a fairy spit on them n pink hair like you know what clothes are cool /trending smh

I had a terrible experience with the staff. I felt discriminated. I brought in some very popular, perfect for the season clothes ex: leather jackets by Frame, shoes, tops from designers like Tory Burke, Rebecca Minkoff etc. I had to wear a mask because I just had surgery and they kept starring at me like I was from another planet. They were being very passive aggressive. They told me they couldn't use ANY of my stuff but yet they kept one of my bags I left while shopping and nobody knew anything Hmmm. Never will I return.
