i had an appointment for a massage with Jenelle yesterday. I really wasnt sure if a massage would help. It felt like I hurt all over. Both my knees hurt (one had a knee replacement and the other a meniscus tear, my left shoulder in need of its third torn rotator cuff. A persistent pain on my left side. If I could have summed it up I felt like I was 100 years old. Jenelle worked on my neck and shoulders first which I didnt realize even hurt. Pain and tension just stated melting away. By the time my session was over I was feeling amazing. I immediately booked a session with her. If she could make me feel this way after just one session I cant wait to see how Ill feel after more! I had no idea of the stress and tension I was carrying in my neck and shoulders. Jenelle specializes in pain and trauma. Its been a long time since I slept so well as last night!
