        We had an appointment and waited for 40 minutes but the rep never showed up. There wasnt an office manager or receptionist to help. One of the other tax reps was nice and said she might be able to help but was busy with her appointment. No one followed up or even explained. The office was also very dirty. Stains on the wall, the bathroom messy, and trash on the floor and chairs. It seemed pretty rundown overall. I wouldnt recommend this location.
