        Ellen in person was a phenomenal asset, and I greatly appreciated her help. HR Block online was horrible to work with, and I do not recommend it. Also, I felt the price point was slightly high, but I am glad for the help I received in the office.

        They put wrong acct number on my $14000 return and left me to solve the problem. This place is a joke!!! Over booked our appointment and pushed us aside to help next customer before we were done!!! First and last time for this f-d company. Zero!!!! Would be correct rating. Waste of money.
