My wife and I have been using Ed for years, and our taxes can get pretty complicated with 2 different small businesses and 2 rental homes for him to sort out. Hes been doing it so long he can eyeball your numbers quickly and get a sense of where you stand on your return. He knows the loopholes in and out and how to save you money. Not to say he isnt using technology these days to confirm his accuracy. Too bad hes retiring soon. He was so easy to talk to and well miss him. Steven, his partner has filled in at times, and is very tech savvy and ultra-responsive to text or email. He seems to have a strong grasp of taxes as well, and has the passion you want to fight for your money. Looking forward to continuing my relationship with Vanguard Accounting.

I am really disappointed in the service I was given, after a mistake was made on their end. Steve and Ed both are basically washing their hands from a mistake Ed made on our tax returns. I would not use their services, because if they mess up they will not do the right thing and correct the issue. I cannot believe after all the years we have been using Ed to do our taxes this is the customer service they choose to use, telling us they will not correct the error Ed made and his hands are tied!! After all he was the one that made the mistake, we dont have access to make changes on his system. This is bad business and customer services, all I wanted was for them to do the right thing and correct the mistake they made. Now i have to pay someone else to fix their mistakes!! Take your business somewhere else!!
