Office staff refused to let me make an appoint because my caregiver wouldn't give me a ride. I tried to call and reschedule but they said it was soon enough and cut me off from being seen in the clinic all together. Now I have zero help with my gastro issues. I was bedridden and being physically and mentally abused by my caregiver during the time I was under DR. Munleys care. My caregiver would take my ride option away last minute. This happened on multiple occasions but the office staff was unwilling to listen. I called 20 minutes before my appointment and asked to reschedule but they still told me I was being dismissed at dr munleys patient. I hope you guys treat the next domestic violence victim that happens to be your patient with more compassion than you treated me. I am patient of Dr. Micheal Muley and have been for a few months. Dr. Munley was the first doctor to not dismiss me because of my age and give me faith in doctors again. After being misdiagnosed/bedridden for almost a year, he was able to diagnose me and provide a treatment plan in his office on the first visit. ( I also happned to be almost 2 hours late that day due to going to the wrong office and he still took the time to see me as a new patient) Himself and his office staff were very compassionate and understanding. I would highly recommend you try this amazing team if you're in need of a colorectal doctor.
