I just completed a carpal tunnel surgery there last week and I have to say I was really impressed with the whole process. Dr. Bartholomew was wonderful but the entire staff was great as well. I was very well taken care of, provided for, and given a personal experience. I was nervous and the staff did amazing keeping me calm and distracted. It was just a really nice way to get a somewhat unpleasant thing done and I really felt cared for. Very professional and nice place

The staff at Columbia River Surgery Center is the best. From the Front office to Recovery, I experienced the best medical treatment Ive ever had. This after 4 major surgeries. They were proactive and maintained a steady presence the entire process. Thank you!

Generally good experience. Only issue was arguing with the nurse. My pharmacy didn't receive my scripts for pain meds. I told the nurse and doctor repeatedly. The only response from the doctor was "it was called in" and the nurse just kept saying it wasn't her job. When I asked the nurse why she wouldn't help she told me to stop messing with her then she threatened me. It took hours on the phone to get my pain meds TWO DAYS AFTER MY SURGERY. THE ISSUE WAS IGNORED. The doctor tried to gaslight me, claiming the conversations didn't happen. I'm not naming the nurse or doctor because I don't want my continued treatment to suffer from my criticism. Edit to add that since my complaint, my doctor and his offices has retaliated. I've been unable to get follow ups for my surgery. I've filed legal responses. Stay away from these people.
