2 years ago I had what I thought was good servicing of my machine. Last year was horrible. I was impressed with the fact they give you a one-year guarantee. I made 2 trips back there this year and within a short while my machine was kept getting worse, sounded like a threshing machine and trouble with the thread feed. Each time I went in it was all about pressuring me to purchase a machine or buying the thread they sell.  I finally found honest and reliable service at Quilting Delights. My machine sounds like new...couldn't be happier and no sales tactics.

Angel was so helpful and awesome. I was on the hunt for a new vacuum after my old shark died after 4 years. I was sick of having to buy replacements every few years and decided on a sebo e3 to hopefully last over a decade. I called this place after not being satisfied with my local vacuum dealerships in Seattle and the price point they were giving me. After talking with Angel on the phone and confirming the price and the stock availability, my family and I drove 3 hours up to Portland to pick up our new cannister. Spectacular customer service and genuine guy. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and even opened up the new box for me to ease my mind that every part was there and inspect for any flaws or damage. The long drive was worth it and I will definitely recommend anyone to come here and check it out.
