This clinic was outstanding in every way possible. Bryce Schuster was an amazing PT, his directions were concise, very educational and easy to understand. I arrived 7 weeks ago in extreme pain and today all my lower back and hip pain have resolved thanks to this wonderful group of professional lovely people. The front desk person was always warm and inviting. I couldnt have had a better experience!!

I have had nothing but the best treatment here at ProActive! The therapist here are caring, very attentive and a great bedside manner. They have made me feel like I am a priority to them when I come in everytime. I would definitely refer my friends and family to ProActive!

This place is always behind on timing! I will have my apt scheduled for a certain time for example 10:00am by the time I actually get seen by the therapist it is 10:20. I have to keep asking reception when my time for therapy is and they just say they will check in with the therapist who is finishing up with another patient. Patient time is not being respected. When the appointment ends the total amount of time they are usually working with the patient is about 25 min. I do not like this location! Very unprofessional when they dont honor the patients full scheduled time!

I started physical therapy with Gateway ProActive several weeks ago. Therapy and recovery are still ongoing, but I can say that I am really happy with my choice. The model is one in which patients see any of the PT and PTAs... I believe I have seen all of them at this point, and I really like their individual approaches, as well as the way they work together as a team. Since I have not had a single negative experience, I can say that I appreciate being able to benefit from the expertise of multiple great people. Exercises that have not worked have been tweaked and modified to where I get the most out of them. This is a great example of 'meeting me where I am at' in a way that is healthy and helpful. I am an acute rehab nurse by profession - and I feel good about my own experience and everything I have seen around me at this location. I have no reservations about enthusiastically recommending them at this point.

If you are in need of Physical Therapy, look no farther. This is hands down the best place I have ever been to. They have an amazing team and facility. Everyone there actually cares about your health and rehabilitation, unlike other places I have been. So if you are reading this take my word and give them a call! Don't waste your time and money anywhere else because Proactive Physical Therapy Gateway is the best you will find!
