Sleep Technologies - CPAP Masks, Machines & Supplies

Do NOT use this company! I was pushed to get a CPAP machine by them that it turns out I did not really need and when I tried to return it, no one at the company knew how I would go about it! They passed me around from extension to extension and finally one CS rep said she would find out and call me back with the information on how to return it. She NEVER CALLED BACK. Now they are sending me monthly bills for this device I am not using and tried to return and the latest insult is they added a LATE FEE to the bill even though I have returned emails to the CS rep who contacted me asking how to return it. All they want to do is push supplies and expensive add ons that you don't need and bill Medicare for it. Terrible company. I am calling my health insurance and complaining about this scam they have going. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I would recommend SleepTechnologies (1585 SW Marlow Ave Suite 110, Portland, OR 97225). Marti C. and Catherine were very helpful and answered all of my questions. I was a walk-in after my old cpap machine quit working. I had been getting the run around from other DME's and the doctors office. Going 4 days without a cpap. Marti C and Catherine had one for me within hours. THANK YOU!!

Calls dont go thru. Technical problems. Called for the last 3-4 days. Dont respond to email. Waited months. Horrible

They say they wont send you a bill but then they will. Don't trust them.
