The store in the C concourse at the airport is supposed to open at 5 am. My flight boards at 5:20 so I was at the store at 5:01. The gate was still closed but someone was in there. She came out at 5:02, closed the gate behind her. I asked if the store was open -she said soon and walked across the concourse to get breakfast. I stood there for another 5+ minutes and she was still over ordering. Very disappointed- if youre not going to open at 5am you should change your website!

Very disappointed in their customer service. I have tried to reach someone in customer service several times in the past week, and no response. They do not back their product quality and return policies are terrible. I used to go out of my way to shop at CC McKenzie stores, but no longer will support them.
