Neil was able to assist me with a high degree of expertise and knowledge. I am in the customer service business myself and Neil showed exceptional customer care and service! I would regard Neil as a exceptional asset to the Fed Ex organization.

The woman who just served me at this FedEx had terrible customer service. I arrived and had 20 minutes to hand her a box for shipment that was already labeled. She asked me what was in the box and I told her- I've dropped the same thing off at 8 other FedEx shops in the last months with no problem. It's medical equipment. She decided she wasn't sure if this location could ship it because of the contents and proceeded to spend a lot of time on the phone figuring it out. After all the calling she told me I couldn't ship it from there and needed to drive to the airport to drop it off. This interaction resulted in me being late to work and needing to pay a significant fine for not shipping this package out on time. It was a truly frustrating experience- and unlike any other time I've sent the same medical supplies through FedEx.
