        Has never been able to deliver a package to my address. Packages keep disappearing, have lost well over 1000$ due to this with no recourse, saying they'd call me back and never do. No other company seems to have this problem at my address.

        I came to the location to return a package 10 min before its closed. Followed all the instructions to print out the shipping label but didnt receive a code for some reason. Asked the employee to help print out label and response I got we cannot help you and we are closed in 10 min. Was not able to ship my package because the employee closed the store, didnt help me. Now Im driving to another location to ship my bulky package being 9 months pregnant. Unbelievable!
