        Several indoor units were broken into Thanksgiving weekend 2022. Valuable items were stolen. Unit door latches were locked but easily defeated. Incredibly slow response from SmartStop. Major loss. No follow up by regional manager despite numerous calls over several months. Unit broken into again more recently and more valuable items were stolen - incredibly slow response from in-house insurance. Dont store anything here, but if you choose to do so then be sure to retain independent renters insurance. Carts typically unavailable for moving larger items It was a great feeling to finally move my possessions out of this facility recently, but I am regularly reminded of all the items that were stolen from my unit.

        Had a great experience at the Smart Stop on Powell today. Sasha was super helpful and friendly and got me a great deal going on this month. I look forward to having them store my stuff :)

        Best place to store your belongings the only flaw is the hours should be open a bit longer would be awesome other than that the people are nice.
