Pro Time Lawn Seed

Be careful, anything happens to your order after shipping, you are on your own it seems. My order was shipped via USPS and apparently the post office delivered it somewhere other than my address.(have security cam footage showing the postman coming to my house without the package). Called Pro Time and was told to call the post office, ask my neighbors and wait a few days., The extent their support. We're talking about 5lbs of lawn seed here, not some high priced, valuable merchandise. Not even an offer to refund the shipping at least, never mind re-sending it. Just poor customer service all around. I have a business too and never think twice about eating the cost for something so minor.

I purchased the Fleur de Lawn Blanc for a new-build installation in 2021 and enjoyed a beautiful lawn the first year (2021). This year, the lawn has been dominated by white clover and large leaf white clover that requires weekly mowing. Considering the ridiculous cost of this product, I would have expected a longevity of longer than just one year.
