        Ordered a system from them a year ago. Nothing wrong with the system so far but they dragged their feet for nearly a month on my watermark. Just recently they charged me $350 for renewal of some kind of "pro support" service agreement I never approved. The best part was the $25 digital shipping fee. Immediately requested refund via email. No response. A week later sent an email to my original salesperson JJ Bell. No response. Called in and got someone to promise to cancel and refund and its been 2 weeks now and still don't see it. Next call will be to Amex to file a fraud claim and chargeback. STAY AWAY.
