I rarely do any reviews unless I had a very good experience or horrible customer service. I went on 1/19/21 around 8 pm. The lady working was being very friendly to the customers before me but when it was my turn to order I received unnecessary attitude when I was being friendly. Customer service is very important besides the food. I asked for spinach for my footlong and she put very little, my cheese wasnt really melted.

No idea what to rate this; tbh I didn't get a sandwich just 3 cookies (only $1.99 !) which I haven't tried yet. However I like it here. It's calm. Quiet rock music, not chaotic at all though it's currently only me and 1-2 employees. There's a pretty holiday tree and an absolutely wonderful image of a tomato as well as other food item images but only the tomato matters to me
4 stars bc I've heard some negative things about Subway as a company don't remember anything specific though also someone's been in the bathroom too long I need to pee

They dont take gift cards. Called the number on the card to confirm I had money, but they still couldnt run the card and no one knew how.
I dont even like subway much. Using a gift card is pretty much the only reason I bothered.
You may notice this review is the same as the one for the Subway across the parking lot in Wal mart. This is because I had the same problem in both places. And they are both owned by the same owner.
Fix your machines and / or teach your employees how to use them.

Toni did an excellent job at making the sandwiches tonight very nice very clean very tidy freshly cut veggies at 3:40 am thats wild very pleased we will definitely be back again thank you a lot!

I went in here to order to subs lady was rude af.. and on top of that she didnt want to change her gloves or wash her hands after just finishing someone elses order she acted like she hated her job. You would think shed be extra cautious and clean considering the fact theres a virus going around , I walked right out . Didnt even finish letting her make the food , she needs to stay home with an attitude like that
