These folks kept my substantial deposit for almost a year - promised they would get to it - sent money back and will not respond now - horrible experience.  DO NOT HIRE this company ...

Don't let these people touch your roof. This company installed a new roof for us three years ago. We just had an inspection when we went to sell the house and turns out we have mold because these guys don't understand the basics about venting which cost me 2500 to fix. They're good at pretending to be nice but they have no idea what they are doing. Also, they contract out your job to other roofers so you're better off going straight to someone who will do the job themselves and not pay a premium for their face. I should've checked their reviews better, now finding others with similar issues in the not recommended reviews and other websites.

I recently had my roof replaced with Dial One and I cannot say enough great things about this company!  Wade, Debbie and the crew are amazing.  They were communicative about the process and costs from the very beginning which I appreciated.  During the construction process, they were quick and responsive to any questions and concerns I had along the way.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof services!

Dial One did a good job installing a new roof about 5 years ago. They were quick to respond when the old roof on my new home started leaking. But I've needed them to do a small repair for almost a year. They keep saying they don't have my color shingles. Really? I've been a home owner for almost 30 years and have never before had an experience like this. I'm giving up on them. Maybe a small job just isn't worth their time Service: Roof installation
