Indisputable evidence of illegal dumping in a NE Portland residential driveway, apparently a revenge dump.

This is the police report: #23128361. Cameras caught it all. Per the report, Derek McCracken is the owner of this Roofing Company Scam. He dumped a load of garbage and roofing trash onto a neighbors driveway. It has cost that neighbor over $2500 so far to rid their driveway of this mess. According to the report, Derek has no valid CCB number (I have not personally confirmed that), and he refuses to clean this mess he dropped in the driveway. I am not the property owner, just a neighbor. Im aghast at Dereks blatant lack of social compatibility and his antisocial behavior. I saw a report on it is how I learned these details.

Well here goes,while the roofing job was done in a timely matter,communication between us is non existent for work that we paid for and not completed..Did not return calls or texts or e mails...in 6 weeks time.still haven't heard from him.
