I toured Watermark in March 2024 as a potential home for my mom. I found the staff very well informed and objective in their advice and recommendations. I would refer family and friends to Watermark.

A million dollar luxury experience without the million dollar price! Visiting The Watermark at the Pearl this week was such an exceptional experience. As a senior living professional Ive seen and worked with hundreds of communities across the country. What impressed me the most was how authentic and professional every member of the team was I met. This professionalism, Im told is The Watermark way.Thank you to the welcoming Concierge team, onsite security guard, Sam and the member activities and experience team, the Bistro manager of the day Scarlet, Miranda the Move-In coordinator, Erin, Annie, Angela all supporting the many people calling, touring, and moving to The Watermark and many more professionals. The community is set in the most desirable northern part of The Pearl to walk to boutique shops, cafes, and art galleries with security and safety a priority for their members and their families. The location is so desirable with many fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and the river. The dining experience and food selections were outstanding with a focus on choices and premium ingredients. Every detail from the fresh flowers in the lobby to the coffee and tea choices added to a spa like sensory aesthetic. The community feels like a million dollar experience without the million dollar price. The Watermark at the Pearl made such a great impression, I highly recommend this community for Independent aging individuals to thrive and if and when care is needed they can provide exceptional assisted living and memory care too.

We have visited dear friends who are residents a number of times and were impressed by the solicitude of the staff at all levels. We were very impressed by the quality and diversity of the food in the dining room. Is there a future there for us?

We had such a great time at the Easter brunch! Weve eaten at the Watermark a couple of times with our mom, who moved in around December. It has been fantastic and our mom is having a great time there! What a wonderful community! Thanks Watermark! You have a fun, friendly, homey place!

Great I love this place. I was the most reluctant person to leave my house and move and I am so glad I did. They are wonderful here.
