I have never had sushi this good in my life! Everything was amazing! The servers were so kind and attentive. The Unicorn Roll is to die for. I could eat that everyday of my life. The shrimp and vegetable tempura was perfect. Best battered tempura I have ever had. Come by and enjoy. Happy hour is from 2-4pm on the weekends. Vegetarian options: The cauliflower is amazing! Spicy sauce with peanuts.

Kennedy was a phenomenal server who made our night special. She was very knowledgeable about all of the rolls and took great care of us. Would return for the excellent service. Thank you, Kennedy!

HOLY HELL PEOPLE, YOU HAVE TO EAT HERE WHEN IN PORTLAND!!!!! Of all my travels I've eaten at many different sushi restaurants and I have to say that Bamboo Sushi is the best by far. Our compliments to the chefs and staff; the flavor and service both exceeded our expectations. Vegetarian options: There were many vegetarian options that very could have well been vegan. The menu is very clear, so if you know what you're ordering, there's no question if it's veggie-head friendly or not. And by the way, the Green Machine and the Tofu bowl we ordered is where it's at! Dietary restrictions: ALL but a few items are gluten-free!!!! So, if you're a Celiac like me, you can finally have Veggie-Tempura again!!!!!
