I bought a rice cooker here and at 9 months of use the control piece where you push down to turn on fall off exposing the wires, so I put a tape to hold in place. I told the main guy in the store and told me take a photo and send to my email to forward to the supplier. I wait long time and no response, then I went to the store and I ask him the status and first said they dont respond, then he said the supplier never heard of that part falling from the place, that maybe I hit the rice cooker somewhere. Unprofessional service. You should got replaced like any other restaurant .supplier in town. If you want to loose the value of your money and buy equipment that broke down and they not care, then this is your place .
